Specify quantity, sizes and stone options available
Place the order online
Wait for our email confirmation of your order, with a 50% initial deposit required to be paid by bank transfer
When your order is ready to ship, we will contact you for the invoice balance
Your order is shipped with insurance and tracking provided

There is a minimum order amount of $800

Wholesale prices are listed for each product excluding GST.

You can then order without a minimum amount for 6 months, if you need a ring size or a smaller top up order

Chandra Collections gives exclusivity to each stockist by postal code.

Deposits are non refundable.

Exchanges are allowable within 7 days of product delivery.

All Chandra Collection Jewellery is carefully curated, made and quality-assured. This takes time. Orders are shipped to you within 12 weeks.

Please note that we do carry an amount of local stock. If you would like to place regular smaller orders or top up the best sellers we will do our best to accommodate from existing stock.

Chandra Collections Jewellery is made with brass, semi-precious stones and quality 22K gold plating.

Brass is a natural ever-changing metal according to the environment, please take a moment to read the jewellery care section on our website.

Our pieces are handmade with the best craftsmanship and quality stones, inspired by ancient jewellery, custom made in India, and designed in Byron Bay.

Each piece of jewellery is presented in a silk bag with a small card explaining how to care for your jewellery.

Shipping costs will be calculated according to each individual order and are added to the customer's cart at checkout.

Shipping for exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

Warranty

All Chandra Collections Jewellery purchases made through our store or stockists have a 3-month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of the customer's purchase and covers manufacturing faults and any defects in materials. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Chandra Collections Jewellery pieces are delicate and should be handled with care, as explained in the product care card that is enclosed with the order.

Once the item is received by us, we will assess the item and liaise with you as to either replace it in full if faulty, or we may elect to repair it, depending upon the issue. Our aim is to provide great customer service and work with you to ensure that your concerns are resolved and the customer is satisfied.

Please note that wear and tear during normal use is not considered a fault. The warranty does not cover chain breakage or general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery over time, and therefore, is not covered by warranty. Chandra Collections is not responsible for the loss of jewellery and cannot deem an item faulty without assessment.

Any repairs requested after the offered 3-month warranty period will require a small repair fee, and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
